The Founding Alliance

Before anyone can join, a handful of studios have to say yes. Here’s how we’re asking — and why we’re asking them first.

A membership that bundles your routine is only as good as the studios inside it. So we’re not launching to members first. We’re launching to studios.

The decision

We’re forming a named alliance of studios in the Marina and Cow Hollow — one anchor for each kind of need a member has — and signing it before we open to the public in January.

Founding studios share in a founding equity pool. We buy packs from them monthly, upfront, until members prove they renew.

Why this order

Bilt, Lava and Blackbird all did the same thing: they built the partner alliance first, then launched loudly with names people recognised. We think the same play is open in fitness and wellness, and nobody is running it.

We’re not waiting to find out. The waitlist runs in parallel while we talk to a first anchor studio — so we validate demand and supply at the same time, before building anything rigid.

What a studio gets

  • New members who aren’t already their regulars.
  • Volume in the off-peak slots they struggle to fill.
  • Cash upfront, every month.
  • A founding share in what we build together.
